Meridian School District uses two separate online payment systems, one for Associated Student Body (ASB) and the other for Food Services.  Families also have the option of paying by cash or check at each school.

ASB Online Payment

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students’ account 24 hours a day at your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. This service is offered by a third-party provider and usually requires a convenience fee but the fee has been waived for online purchases.

The district does not request or keep records of family credit card account information. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser. ASB online payment is available at: https://wa-meridian.intouchreceipting.com/.

All returned, refunded, or canceled transactions will be handled in accordance with off-line purchase policies unless otherwise noted on the web store.

Meal Payments

We accept meal payments through MealTime Online.

  1. Create a free MyMealTime Online profile: Click on the “Create new profile” link and enter a username and password that you will use to login to MealTime Online. The username and password must be at least six characters.
  2. Add your student: Login to your MealTime Online account (using the Username and Password that you created in Step 1), click on “Meal Account Deposits” then click the “Add New Student” link and add your student by entering their first name and student ID number. Your student ID number is the one that has been assigned by Skyward or the school.
  3. Make a Deposit: Click on the “Make Deposit” link to make a deposit into a school account. There is a transaction fee for making deposits. Click on the “View Details” link next to your student’s name to view their cafeteria account balance and purchase history.

You can now login anytime, anywhere to securely and conveniently monitor your student’s lunch account and make payments. Still have questions? View the MealTime Online FAQ.

Free and Reduced Meals

Free and reduced price meals are available for those children whose families meet federal income eligibility requirements. An application may be downloaded, and are also available in the school offices. To apply for free or reduced meals pricing, please complete the application form, sign and return it to your child’s school. Directions for completing the application are on the form. Both breakfast and lunch are included when a child is eligible for free and reduced price meals.

A new application must be filled out each year by October. However, if your family qualified last year for free or reduced price meals, your children may eat at last year’s determination until the new application is processed. If you did not participate in a free or reduced meals last year and are completing an application for this school year, meals must be paid for at the full price until you receive a determination letter. All applications are processed within 10 days after they are received in the food service office. Students receiving free or reduced price meals are not treated differently or singled out from those paying full price.
