A Message from Superintendent James Everett
Dear families, students and staff,
Last Friday, the Washington State Department of Health released updated COVID-19 requirements for schools. Updates focused on isolation, quarantine and testing recommendations to align with the recent CDC changes and modifications to Test to Stay. We are currently working to update our protocols to implement these changes. We will communicate them out once they are established.
Thank you again for your patience and flexibility last week as we made the quick transition to distance learning. Although we prefer to keep kids in school, it is possible we may have to return to remote learning again this school year, whether that be an individual class or school.
I wanted to quickly check in and get your feedback. What went well last week? What could we improve on? Feel free to send your thoughts to me directly.
Thank you,
James
