Hello everyone,

As we approach the much-anticipated graduation day on Monday, June 10th, we would like to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the remarkable achievements of our graduating class of 2024. This milestone is not just a reflection of the students’ hard work and dedication, but also a testament to the unwavering support they have received from their families, educators, and the entire school community.
Over the past four years, our students have faced numerous challenges and have risen above them with resilience and determination. From academic achievements to extracurricular successes, they have consistently demonstrated what it means to be a Meridian High School Trojan.

As we gather to celebrate this significant occasion, let’s remember that graduation is not an end, but a beginning. It is a launching point for our students to begin on new adventures, pursue their dreams, and make meaningful contributions to society. We have no doubt that the class of 2024 will continue to excel and make us proud.

On behalf of Meridian High School, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all our graduates. We are immensely proud of each one of you and look forward to seeing the positive impact you will make in the world!

National Strawberry Shortcake Day – June 14th

Every year National Strawberry Shortcake Day is celebrated on June 14 at the peak of the strawberry season. Strawberries are found all year round nowadays but this wasn’t always the case. Previously, it was only harvested in the summer months. Even now, the strawberries that come in the summer months are juicier and tastier. Strawberries are eaten in all sorts of ways during this time by slicing, dicing, mixing, and cutting them and, at times, using them to make something flavorful like strawberry shortcake.
