Meridian High School students will participate in an optional survey on either March 23rd (A cohort) or March 25th (B cohort) during the T3 portion of 2nd period.
The survey is conducted through a partnership between

- Washington Department of Health
- Washington State Health Care Authority
- University of Washington
The survey asks questions about mental and physical health, hope, social support from peers and adults, thoughts and feelings pertaining to school during the COVID-19 pandemic, attitudes towards and use of alcohol, marijuana and other drugs, and COVID-19 precautions. The purpose of the survey is to collect information to help teachers, school leaders, parents and community partners better understand how to meet the needs of youth.
Participation in the survey is voluntary. Students can choose to skip a question or not take the survey.
