Chromebook Distribution – Round 3

To support learning Meridian School District has secured a Chromebook for each high school student attending classes at MHS. Whether learning happens remote, hybrid or in-person this year, every student will have a consistent and reliable computer for learning.

Families, please sign in to Skyward (http://family.meridian.wa-k12.net).

• You will find a Google/Chromebook Permission form on your front page or available by clicking Online Forms from the menu on the left.  Each student must have a completed form in Skyward to receive a device. You do not need to print the form.
• While not required, we are asking families to schedule a 1-hour window to pick up devices. Choosing a pre-arranged time will greatly shorten your wait time during pickup.
  • Please select Conferences from the menu on the left and select All Conferences from the Conferences window.
  • Please schedule only one appointment to pick up devices for all students in your family.

• These new Chromebooks and iPads will replace the older devices we loaned to families. Please bring any Chromebooks, iPads, library books, text books, or any other materials that were previously checked out to your family.
• Masks are required to be worn when at MMS to pick-up your device
• Please respect 6ft social distancing.  Pick up will be contactless.
• Please remain in your vehicle until you reach the pickup station
• We are only able to sign out devices to a student’s parent or legal guardian listed in Skyward.  If you are a student’s legal guardian, but not correctly identified in Skyward, please contact your student’s school.
• Please be prepared to show valid ID
