Hello everyone,
Last Thursday, Meridian High School hosted its annual Senior Presentations, and we are thrilled to share the outstanding outcomes of this event. Nearly 100 students displayed professionalism, preparedness, and remarkable self-awareness during their presentations, demonstrating growth and readiness for the next chapter of their lives.
We are extremely grateful to the approximately 75 community members who participated as panelists, showcasing their commitment to our community’s youth with kindness and unwavering support.
Our dedicated staff played a pivotal role in preparing our students not only for these presentations but throughout their time in high school. Special acknowledgment goes to Shannon Waterman, whose tireless dedication as the organizer of the Senior Presentations ensures this impactful tradition continues to succeed.
Thank you to everyone involved for making this event a resounding success and for nurturing the growth and development of our students!
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 360.398.8111. If you need translation support, please contact our cultural liaison, Elvira Trautman at 360.306.2886.
Sincerely,
MHS Office Team

National Superhero Day
Marvel employees created National Superhero Day on April 28, 1995 to celebrate everyone’s favorite superhero. This is for superheroes only — we all know villains aren’t deserving of their own day. Still, the idea behind superhero day is to honor those who serve and protect while fighting evil. No matter who your favorite hero is, honoring the real or fictional people that inspire us is a worthwhile cause this April 28. |
