Office of the Superintendent:

Thank You To Each One of Our Community Volunteers!

Nearly 450 parents and community members have volunteered their personal time this year to help in Meridian schools.  We understand that the giving of personal time is priceless and we truly value and appreciate your generous commitment of your time and talents to our schools. Meridian students benefit from your involvement in countless ways while you demonstrate to our students that we are all Meridian “family”.    You are such an important part of our schools. Thank you!

Strategic Planning Survey (Student Performance Metrics) - The District is starting the process to develop a new long-term strategic plan with guidance from Dr. Larry Francois, Superintendent at the Northwest Educational Service District.  The plan will help guide us over the next several years as we strive to “Keep Improving.”  As a first step in the planning process, we are asking students, staff, parents, grandparents, guardians and community members help us prioritize the available measures of student performance (such as test scores, graduation rates, etc. ) that should be included as performance measures in a new long-term strategic plan.

Please go this link and take our survey.  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VC28PVD

Please complete the survey by May 31st. Thank you in advance for your input.

If you have questions regarding this survey or would like more information about the strategic planning process, please contact me at tchurchill@meridian.wednet.edu or at 398-7111.
