  • Senior presentation day panelists:  If you are interested in serving on a panel for our 2018 senior presentation day, please contact Mrs. Waterman at  Our seniors are awesome and would love your support!
  • Seniors! 
    • Due dates!  Practice week is this week!  You MUST have a successful practice before you are allowed to present. Please set up a time with your adviser now. 
    • The Meridian Public School Foundation application is now open!  Go to to complete the application.  Please pay attention to the directions.  We encourage early submission. Final due date is April 13, 2018.  Questions?  Please see Mrs. Waterman
    • If you have received a monetary scholarship/award, please give that information to Mrs. Waterman so you can be honored at the Evening of Excellence event in May.
  • Senior baby pictures:  Seniors, we need a baby picture for the Baccalaureate slide show.  Please email it to If you do not have a digital copy, we can scan your photo in the office.
  • BaccalaureateA parent rep will be here next Wednesday, March 28th, in the auditorium during the nutrition break to talk about Baccalaureate. Seniors, if you are interested in helping to plan this optional event, please come.
  • Sophomores:  It's time to order you official class jewelry or letter jacket. Jostens will be here on Thursday March 29th during lunches in the commons. Order packets are available in the main office.
  • Juniors and parents/guardians:  Mrs. Waterman is compiling a list of email address in order to send you important information on how to prepare for your senior year.   Please email her at  Thanks!
  • World Languages Proficiency Exams: World Languages Proficiency Exams will take place Friday, March 23 in the MHS Library beginning at 1:00 PM. This is an opportunity for students who speak, read and write Spanish, Russian, Punjabi, Vietnamese and other languages to receive high school World Language credits. Prices are:Spanish $25.00, Russian $40.00, Punjabi and Vietnamese $160.00.  Checks (payable to Meridian High School) or cash payments are due by Monday, March 19.  See Ms. Herzog in Room 401 for more details.

  • We need subs! Meridian School District is currently experiencing a shortage of substitutes in a variety of areas. If you are interested in working with students and/or supporting your local school district, Meridian School District is looking for substitute help. Working in the schools as a substitute offers flexible hours and can lead to permanent employment. Currently we are searching for paraeducators, student monitors, certificated substitutes, custodians, bus drivers and food service workers. If you are interested in working for Meridian School District as a substitute or know someone who is, please contact Patty Streubel at and/or stop by the district office and pick up a substitute packet. Forms are also on our website at

  • After school policy is that you must be with a teacher, coach or in the library working on homework. There is no hanging out in the commons, lounges or elsewhere on campus, nor going to the store and then catching the bus home. Questions?  See Mr. Jacoby.

  • Running Start students are allowed on the MHS campus when they have a MHS class.  If you have questions about this policy, please see Mr. Jacoby or Mr. Forbes. Please make sure you sign in and out in the office.













Did you know you can email teachers to get homework assignments if your student is absent? Teacher email address are listed on the MHS website.  You can also contact the Attendance office (398-8111).  

In order to receive that day's homework, the request must be made before 10:00am, and you can pick up the homework after 2:30pm. Be sure to call first to make sure it's there.

Skyward Grading - don't forget to check your students' grades on Skyward.  You can go directly to Skyward Family Access and enter your login and password.  If you have forgotten your information, please contact the office.

Class of 2019 Booster Club

We are now accepting full or partial payments for our Grad Night (the night of graduation).  Cost is $150 per student.  Please contact Leslie Pagnossin at for the mailing address or to arrange payment.

The Craft Show is coming! Our event will take place April 14th 9-4, we will have over 50 vendors and crafters plus some great food vendors! This is Hosted by the Class of 2020 Booster Club. If anyone would like  info about being a vendor then they can email me at
