On-time graduation
On-time and extended graduation rates will measured by the OSPI Washington State Report Card.
9th grade on track rate
9th grade on track rate will be at or below the average of other Whatcom County high schools as measured by the Washington School Improvement Framework.
Post-secondary education opportunities
The percentage of students attending post high school education will be at or above the average of other Whatcom County high schools while the percentage of those enrolled in remedial courses will be at or below the average of Whatcom County high schools as measured by the Education Research Data Center (ERDC) data.
High attendance
The regular attendance rate will be at or above the average of other Whatcom County high schools as measured by the Washington School Improvement Framework data.
Close opportunity gaps
Improved student supports will reduce the current achievement and performance gaps (in other goal areas), by 50%, between White and Non-White students; students who qualify for free/reduced lunch and those who do not; English language learners and native English speakers; and students with disabilities and those without disabilities as measured by OSPI Performance Indicators and state assessments.
